v1.1.5
Navigator in your browser, smarter answers, new team roles, and stronger data protection
Navigator in your browser
- Chrome side-panel extension - run Navigator in a side panel next to your EDC, a source document, or a screening record, without switching tabs. Chat with citations, run Source QC on the page in front of you, and pre-screen a record against the study's eligibility criteria. Ask your Rightview contact or site administrator for the install link. See Chrome side-panel extension.
- Save a web page into a study - the extension captures the page you are viewing, removes patient identifiers, and adds it to a study. It also captures open PDFs and lets you pick which tab to capture.
- Patient pre-screening - read a participant record on the page and check it against the study's inclusion and exclusion criteria, with a per-criterion result. Each result is visible only to the person who ran it.
Chat
- Smarter answers - Navigator uses an upgraded AI model. Chat gives you clearer and more accurate answers across your studies.
- Quicker starts - the chat home shows compact task chips. Pick one to start a common task in a click.
- Steadier answers on hard questions - Navigator stops a chat run that keeps searching without finding useful results and answers with what it has.
- Delete a chat - remove a conversation from the sidebar. Its messages are archived, not shown in the list.
Documents and roles
- New team roles - a site administrator can assign a Site Editor, who uploads and manages study documents without full admin access, and a Private Editor, who uploads confidential documents that stay hidden from site administrators.
- Copy tables into Excel or Sheets - copy a chat table and paste it into Excel or Google Sheets with its rows and columns intact. It also keeps its formatting in Word and Google Docs.
Security and reliability
- Personal and confidential documents stay sealed - a site administrator's data export, document lists, and version history no longer show another user's personal or confidential document names, or chat answers based on them. Privileged editor roles now require a second sign-in factor.
- Stronger data access limits - more of Navigator's document retrieval applies the same access limits as chat, so answers stay within what you are allowed to see.
- System status page - a public status page shows whether Navigator is operational and lists any current incidents.
- Smoother password reset - a reset link works for an account that must reset its password or whose password expired, and the link stays valid until you finish the reset.
