v1.1.3
Personal and site-wide documents, HIPAA-ready data protection, and reliable ingestion
-
Upload your own documents - upload personal documents inside a study. Only you can see them, and you can ask the assistant about them in chat.
-
Site-wide documents - site administrators can add documents that apply to every study. They appear in each study's document list for everyone at the site.
-
Bookmark your protocols - star a protocol to pin it to the top of the study selector. The selector and the Collections grid group protocols into "Your protocols" and "Other protocols".
-
HIPAA readiness - Navigator stores your site's operational data with HIPAA-aligned protections, and keeps only de-identified data in the audit trail and the search index.
-
Dense documents ingest reliably - a document with many tables, such as a lab manual, no longer fails at the step that removes patient identifiers. Navigator sends that check in smaller batches, so the document finishes.
-
Patient photos stay out of external AI - Navigator checks each source-document image for a face before any external image step. It skips a page that shows a face and tells the coordinator why.
-
Source Quality Control improvements - source-document review uses an updated vision model, and Insights shows the most common Source QC issue types for a site.
-
What's new at sign-in - after an update, Navigator shows a short "What's new" note with the release's main features. Dismiss it with "Got it".
-
Faster dashboards - analytics and administrator dashboards load faster, and answers start sooner.
-
Security and access fixes - corrected sponsor-administrator access to site documents, scoped password reset to magic-link sessions, fixed stored-XSS handling in document responses, and de-identified patient data before it is stored.
