Link a study to its CTMS study - a site administrator picks the CTMS study for a collection in Manage, on the Collection Settings tab. Patients, Finance, and chat then read that study, even when the names differ.

Suggested match - when a site administrator creates a collection on a site with a CTMS, Navigator suggests the matching CTMS study. Nothing links until you confirm.

Clear warnings - Patients and Finance show a notice when a study has no link. Navigator also warns you before a new link stops another collection from reading the same CTMS study by name.

Safe relinking - when you change a link, Navigator marks the billing rows from the old study for review in Finance.

Patients page

Visit progress - the patient page lists the EDC progress of each visit, for example Entered, QC done, or Monitor reviewed. A visit that is done in the CTMS but not in the EDC shows Visit done, EDC pending. The roster shows the same status next to the next visit.

Queries and appointments - the patient page lists Subject queries, Appointments, and linked Source QC documents. The roster flags a subject with an Open query. A section shows only when your CTMS provides the data.

Complete roster - the roster no longer skips subjects past the first 40. It shows how many subjects are not checked yet and gives a Load more button for them.

Correct next visit - the next visit and the checklist follow the CTMS visit schedule when it differs from the Schedule of Assessments.

Link a document to a subject - a Source QC document can link to a subject and a visit. Navigator suggests the link from the page header, and you click Confirm. Use Change or Clear to edit it later.

Easier tab choice - in Cross-check with EDC, search tabs by title or site. Click Use current tab or Refresh tabs. The EDC tab (optional) list leaves out PDF and image tabs.

Welcome page on install - the extension opens the Welcome page in a new tab after the first install. The side panel itself opens straight to Navigator.

Ask chat about the extension - ask chat what the extension does or how to open it, and Navigator answers.

Invoice headers - the Invoiceables tab groups lines under their invoice header, with the invoice number, status, and due date.

Payables and subject payments - the Invoiceables tab shows a Payables section. The patient detail view shows Subject payments. Each shows when your CTMS provides the data.

Chat

Live answers - the answer text appears while Navigator writes it, so you can start reading sooner.

Questions on CTMS data - where your CTMS supports it, ask chat about subject queries, study documents, invoices, and payment totals. Lookups stay in the study you selected.

Confirm before a schedule is replaced - chat never replaces an approved Schedule of Assessments by itself. It asks you to confirm first. A build that runs while an approval happens does not overwrite the approval.

Cleaner answers - numbered lists, citations, and tables in answers show in the correct order and format.

Tables copy with right-aligned money - when you copy a chat table into a spreadsheet or document, money columns stay right-aligned.

Ask a Contact fixes - the contact list matches the study of the answer. If a send fails, the panel shows Could not send. Try again.

Reset MFA for site staff - on the Site users tab, a site administrator clicks the key icon next to a site editor, then clicks Reset MFA. The person sets up the authenticator app again at the next sign-in.

New link in place - if a sign-in link has expired or is used, the page offers Send a new link.

Chrome side-panel extension - run Navigator in a side panel next to your EDC, a source document, or a screening record, without switching tabs. Chat with citations, run Source QC on the page in front of you, and pre-screen a record against the study's eligibility criteria. Ask your Rightview contact or site administrator for the install link. See Chrome side-panel extension.

Save a web page into a study - the extension captures the page you are viewing, removes patient identifiers, and adds it to a study. It also captures open PDFs and lets you pick which tab to capture.

Patient pre-screening - read a participant record on the page and check it against the study's inclusion and exclusion criteria, with a per-criterion result. Each result is visible only to the person who ran it.

Quicker starts - the chat home shows compact task chips. Pick one to start a common task in a click.

Steadier answers on hard questions - Navigator stops a chat run that keeps searching without finding useful results and answers with what it has.

Faster ingestion and answers, stronger data protection

Much faster document ingestion - Navigator now reads text pages with a fast text extractor and runs the heavy layout model only on pages that contain tables. A text-heavy protocol ingests several times faster (up to about 11 times faster on a mostly-text document); table pages keep the same accuracy.

Live page-by-page upload progress - uploading a document, creating a collection, and amending a document now show real per-page progress and elapsed time, instead of a spinner that looks stuck on a large PDF.

Faster start and lists - Navigator starts quicker after an idle period, and the study collection list loads faster.

More reliable chat - an answer now appears in your conversation even if the live connection drops during the reply. A rare case where the assistant finished with no visible answer now recovers the answer or explains a provider outage.

Type-to-search the study collection switcher - start typing to filter the collection list instead of scrolling.

Correct Insights totals - Total Queries, Time Saved, and Self-Service rate now match the per-site numbers shown in the same view.

Stronger protection of patient information - the step that removes patient identifiers before any external AI call is now reliable under load, so a busy moment no longer blocks an answer.

Security fixes - corrected file-path handling in page serving, sign-in rate limiting, sponsor data scoping, and chat and retrieval that stay strictly within the selected study.

Source Quality Control, reliability, and sponsor experience

Source Quality Control - a new Visits desk for reviewing scanned or photographed source documents. Upload a source document and Navigator checks it against ALCOA data-quality dimensions (attributable, legible, contemporaneous, original, accurate), flags missing signatures or required fields, and lets a coordinator record comments and resolution status on each finding.

Sign-in attempt visibility - the sign-in and authenticator-code screens now show a countdown ("Try again in...") if you're temporarily locked out after repeated failed attempts, instead of a generic error with no sense of when to retry.

More forgiving authenticator codes - a wider acceptance window for two-factor codes means an authenticator app with a slightly drifted clock (a known issue with some Microsoft Authenticator setups) is no longer incorrectly rejected.

Faster, more reliable uploads - a failure partway through a multi-file upload no longer aborts the whole batch; remaining files continue, and a document that fails to upload now tells you plainly that it didn't go through and to retry, instead of a generic error.

Documents and Schedules show up immediately - newly uploaded documents and generated Schedules of Assessments now appear right away in chat and Visits, without needing a manual page refresh.

Revamped sponsor experience - the sponsor dashboard now loads instantly on repeat visits, uses the same status indicators as the rest of the app, and adds search, filter, and sort to subject and protocol tables.

Clearer chat citations - a rare formatting glitch that could leave stray commas in a chat answer's Sources footer is fixed.

Continued reliability work on cold-start behavior after periods of inactivity, and on keeping documents and data properly scoped to the correct study and site.

Site capacity visibility - site administrators can see usage against their site's user, document, and collection limits, with clear in-app notices before a limit is hit.

Self-service teammate invites - site administrators can invite new teammates directly by magic link, without waiting on a platform administrator.

Smarter re-uploads and document download - re-uploading a byte-for-byte identical file is now recognized as unchanged and skipped instead of creating a redundant version, and any document in Manage Collection can be downloaded directly.

PI escalation status in the sidebar - see the age and status of questions you've sent to a PI at a glance.

navigator-help - ask Navigator questions about how to use the product itself (uploading documents, session behavior, capabilities) and get an answer without a protocol citation.

Stop generating - a button to end a chat response early instead of waiting for it to finish.

Readability pass on chat - long answers are now easier to scan, with capped line length and clearer structure.

Manage Collection upload feedback - adding a document now shows a persistent "Processing" indicator, even if you close the dialog while it's still running.

Citations, thread titles, and message timestamps are more reliable across a number of edge cases (new chat mid-stream, switching study collections, timezone display).

Continued speed and reliability work across chat, ingestion, and administrator boot time, including health checks that fail fast and clearly when a dependency (database, AI service, file storage) is temporarily unavailable instead of hanging.

Schedule of Assessments history and administrative data now live in per-site storage for stronger tenant isolation.
