Users & site capacity

Site administrators can invite new teammates and see how their site's usage compares to its plan limits, without waiting on a platform administrator.

Invite a teammate​

  1. Open Users in the sidebar, on the Site users tab.
  2. Enter the new teammate's email (required) and name (optional).
  3. If your site has any restricted collections, optionally check the ones this person should have access to right away - unrestricted collections are already visible to everyone at your site.
  4. Click Add user.

The new teammate receives a magic-link email to set their password and sign in. They're added with the standard User role; contact research@rightview.ai to assign a different role.

Site capacity​

A capacity meter at the top of the Users page (Site users tab) shows how many users your site has against its limit. Collections shows the same kind of usage count for study collections, and each collection's document count is visible in the collections table.

  • Meters show usage as you approach the limit so you know where you stand before you hit it.
  • If your site is at its user limit, Add user is disabled and Navigator shows who to contact to request more capacity.
  • The same applies to document uploads and creating new study collections - if a collection or your site is at capacity, the upload or create action is blocked with a message telling you who to contact.
